How to Make Red Chilli Pickle: Pickle of red chili increases the taste of food. Many people start sweating on hearing the name of red chilies, while many people like to eat spicy food. Red chili pickle is a perfect option for such people. Pickle of spicy and spicy red chili is very good in taste. Ingredients for Red Chilli Pickle
Fat red chili – 250 grams
Rai – 4 tbsp
Fennel seeds – 4 tbsp
Fenugreek seeds – 2 tbsp
Ajwain – 1 tbsp
Black pepper – 1 tbsp
Turmeric – 1 tbsp
Asafoetida – 2-3 pinches
Lemon – 2
Mustard oil – 1 cup
Black salt – 1 tbsp
Plain salt – as per taste

Red Chilli Pickle Recipe
To make red chili pickle, first put dry spices fennel, cumin, celery, fenugreek seeds and black pepper in a pan. Now stir them on low flame and fry them for at least 2 minutes, so that the moisture of the dry spices is completely removed. By doing this, the taste of these spices used in the pickle will increase a lot. After this, take out the roasted spices in a plate and keep them to cool down.
Now put mustard oil in a pan and keep it on medium flame to heat. When the oil becomes hot and smoke starts coming out of it, turn off the gas and leave the oil to cool down in the pan itself.
When the spices cool down, grind them coarsely with the help of a mixer. During this, mix salt according to taste in the spices. After this, take mustard seeds and grind it coarsely with the help of colander or mixer and put it in a bowl. Now add black salt, turmeric and asafoetida to the mustard seeds and mix well. Along with this, cut lemon in the spices and squeeze them and mix them. Now add 2 tbsp oil to the spices and mix. Pickle masala is ready.

Now take red chili and remove its stem and cut the chili lengthwise from the middle. Now remove the seeds and pulp inside the chili. Add these pulp and seeds to the spices and mix. Now fill the chilies with the help of a spoon or hand and fill them by pressing well. In the same way stuff all the chillies with the masala. Now put the spiced chillies in a glass container and pour heated mustard oil on top. Make sure that the chillies are well immersed in the oil. The quantity of oil can also be increased as per the requirement. Now your delicious red chili pickle is ready.
